FIVE STAR TO THE VIP SUITE!
My wife and I have stayed at a number of rental properties over the years and I would have to rate Peter’s VIP suite among the best we have stayed at. Peter and his staff are great hosts and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay from the welcome basket of eggs, bread, butter and jelly to Peter making sure your stay is enjoyable. The apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated. This is a five star property with a five star host. We look forward to returning. Thank you Peter for making our stay an enjoyable one.

My family and I spent 28 days in this lovely apartment, clean , quiet area & neighbourhood, very private . Nothing is missing in the house felt like home. And there were small tips made us feel how caring are the owners to make everything complete. We enjoyed the view sooo much. I can't say enough about how good this place is. Peter has included everything we need for a comfortable stay. Friendly & responsive. Thank you Peter for making our stay unforgettable. Definitely I would stay there again.

We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be staying here again in the future! Great, walkable neighborhood. Respectful but responsive hosts. Clean, extremely large and very private apartment. Great for Kids. Our toddler and nanny were with us for this trip and we were all very comfortable. We felt like we won the lottery. Can't recommend the VIP suite highly enough!

The host was very caring and the place was so clean. Located in a super safe town where you can walk around 24/7 without any hassle. So many amenities were provided beyond the hotel’s level. Enjoyed staying so much and definitely coming back for next trip.
Strongly recommended if you are looking for a safe and friendly spot with the greatest host.

I stayed at this Airbnb for a month with my family. It is located in a safe and quite residential area with easy parking. The apartment was well stocked with necessary essentials such as coffee, tea, laundry detergent, dish soap and other small amenities that made us feel at home. Our host was also quick to refill these items when needed.
The host was extremely friendly and proud of this Airbnb. He provided us with all the information we needed and was always responsive to our needs
I was delighted to be able to spend a month here and create so many memories with my family.

We rented the VIP Suite and stayed for 4 months. The suite was gorgeous and both Cameron and Peter took care of every need. Convenient location and friendly staff.
Highly recommend for short term stay or business trip.

This was a great experience. The suite was clean, organized and family friendly. The suite is also located in a very nice area with restaurants, markets and stores within walking distance. The owner has done a great job of remodeling the suite and it really looks like if it was a brand new apartment!. No complaints at all. I highly recommend it!.

Having a serene tranquil work environment and a relaxing environment after all the hustle and bustle of the day is not only essential, but a requirement for me in my life.
I am so extremely grateful that I was able to find such an majestic oasis here in Glendale, with heavenly picturesque Mountain views, where I get to watch the sun rise every morning.
Some mornings, I take the 10 minute stroll to get a cup of coffee or a pastry before starting my workday. And on the weekend I’m able to head to the farmers market to get all the holistic goodies I need for the week.
This unit is more than a home away from home, it's a calm retreat when you snuggle up in a dreamy bed or make your meal in a fully stocked kitchen.
Thank you to Peter, and the entire VIP team for not only giving my family & I vip treatment, but for being consistently accommodating and quick to resolve any issues, ease-fully & successfully. Your kindness did not go unnoticed and is extremely appreciated.

Lovely stay, great management
We stayed at the VIP suite for 3 months while our house was being renovated. The VIP suite was very spacious (2 bedroom 1 bath), with a huge living room, and ample kitchen and dining area.
Since we are multiple people working from home (kids school on zoom and me working from home) there was enough space to spread out. It's really close to everything, and we enjoyed walking from the condo to restaurants.
There is no dedicated street parking, but it was always easy to find parking right in front or across the street. The house was beautifully stocked with all the essentials (soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, tea, coffee) which made it super easy to move in and set up shop. The management was also extremely responsive to anything that came up, so any minor hiccups got handled right away.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I'm really glad we picked their place. Their flexibility in lease agreements, as well as the fully furnished apartment, made this place the best value for least headache during our home construction.

Our stay in this beautiful apartment has been such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Peter has included everything you may need for a comfortable stay and he was diligent about making sure that we were content. He is very thoughtful and goes the extra mile for his guests!
The apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing, clean, quiet, and VERY spacious. It is very close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. My partner and I are grateful to have found such a gem! I wish we could think of any feedback to further enhance the experience for future guests, but we had a perfect experience for the entirety of our month at the VIP suite. Thank you Peter for making our stay one that we will always remember!

Perfect Spot
We moved here looking for a place and couldn’t find anything so we decided to get an Airbnb temporarily and this spot was perfect.
Location close to everything we needed. Peter was very accommodating and very friendly. This place had everything you need and more. They thought of everything you could imagine to make sure you feel at home. The place was spotless clean and very homey. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I spent three weeks at the “VIP Suite” while visiting family in nearby La Canada. We really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it!! The location is very convenient, and the suite is well appointed, immaculate, and has thoughtful touches throughout.
I like staying at Airbnb’s that are rental-only (vs. where someone lives off and on) and this is exactly that. It has the cleaner-than-a-hotel set up, but with the conveniences of being in a home. The living room is really large with the biggest TV I’ve ever seen, which makes for some great movie watching, or roomy space for yoga! The bathroom is newly remodeled, and very nicely done. Almost instant hot water, and good water pressure. We only slept in the master bedroom - but we found the bed and sheets to be very comfortable. Walk in closets in both rooms are nice for storing your stuff.
Both my husband and I worked remotely during our stay. I used the desk in the master - which faces a window looking out on the street. My husband worked in the kitchen or the living room. It was a great set up and we could both be on our conference calls at the same time. WiFi is great, and there are hardwired outlets and USB charging in the rooms if needed. The kitchen is well appointed, we found everything we needed, blender, Tupperware, cutting boards etc. There are no cooking ingredient basics but Peter graciously stocks the fridge with some items before arrival like coffee, jam, bread, eggs and butter.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay in this newly remodeled apartment. Karen was great with communication leading up to our stay, and then Peter, the owner, takes over management during your stay. Everything is so clean and new - you won’t be disappointed!
P.S. For some quarantine-friendly exercise we recommend checking out the nearby Descanso gardens (maybe a 5 minute drive). It’s a lovely place to walk around and at least when we went, everyone was required to wear masks.

My family had an extended stay here during construction on our nearby home and we were so lucky to find such a perfect place with such kind hosts!
The apartment is huge. The living room is the size of two living rooms and the master bedroom includes a sitting area of its own.
All the furnishings are top notch and luxurious. The central A/C works great. So do all the appliances in the well-stocked kitchen.
We already knew about the area since we live nearby. It’s very walkable, peaceful, and near freeways that’ll get you to various areas of LA or Pasadena quickly. The hosts were very generous, even presenting our 5-year-old with a new stuffed animal upon our arrival.
I can’t say enough about how excellent this place is for an extended stay
