A LITTLE HISTORY

Barbara and I started what would become the V.I.P. Group of real estate oriented companies in January, 1976. The V.I.P. Suite is in the third building purchased for the V.I.P. offices. Although the purchase was completed in December of 2018, the EXTENSIVE work to the building exterior and the downstairs offices was not completed until April of 2019.

The upstairs apartment was left vacant, old and shabby, until late 2019 when it was COMPLETELY updated and became The V.I.P. Suite. Dozens of people have begged to rent the Suite as an apartment but our desire was to keep the suite available for SPECIAL guests only, and regulate its use to enable a limited number of guests to enjoy this quiet, unique home away from home.

We have had years of experience with a beautiful Villa vacation rental in Belize (www.villadescanso.bz) and still help book the Villa for the new owner, a friend of many years. ALL of the Villa reviews (over 50) were 5 STAR as Barbara and I take great pride in offering our guests far more than expected.
